All bedrooms have beautifully hand-painted features.
There is 1 double bedroom with typical Alentejano hand-painted furniture, air conditioning and ensuite bathroom.
2 uniquely decorated twin bedrooms (1 with ensuite shower).
1 separate family bathroom.
The fully equipped kitchen comprises, oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, toaster and microwave.
Laundry room with washing machine. Iron and ironing board.
The cosy living/dining area with its rustic beams has a wood-burning stove, comfortable sofas, satellite tv and hi-fi (bring your own cds). There is air-conditioning for heating and cooling. Colourful paintings and pottery add to the charm of this villa.
French windows lead from the living-room onto a shady terrace overlooking a mature garden, a magnificent swimming pool and distant sea views. The swimming pool has recently been fenced off, for the safety of younger children.

Casa das Figueiras has several outside eating areas, shaded by fig trees, a lemon tree and sub-tropical plants and flowers.There is a built-in barbeque and sun loungers and parasols around the swimming pool (10 x 5 metres)

Maid service is twice weekly (high season), once (off season). Bath towels are changed twice weekly. Bed linen changed weekly.
Please bring your own beach towels for the pool area.
